Licentiate of industrial engineering and civil engineering in Valpo Catholic University of Chile, started his career at Banco Bice Chile, whose shareholders are the group matte of Chile and the Rothschild family in England. Afterward, he worked in the group Cencosud who belongs to Horst Paulmann, Owner of the Jumbo supermarket chain and Wong supermarkets in Peru. Finally he is recruited as marketing director of AFP El Roble, he ends his career as a dependent in Peru as general manager manager of Precisión Perú in 1998. Later he establish the company LINK CONSULTING, the same that has important information, relating to human Resource. He is currently CEO of Head Hunters Peru, Director of Previus and President of Link Consulting.
